Como ya sabemos todos, esta primavera ha sido fría y lluviosa, pero es la época de las bodas, y las cosas tienen que seguir adelante. Además, no nos olvidemos que “novia mojada, novia afortunada.”
Todo el esfuerzo, ilusión y trabajo que has invertido en organizar este día, no puede chafarse por la lluvia. Este fin de semana, hemos organizado una boda. En pleno junio, y en Castilla León, no es muy de esperar que llueva, pero llovió de una manera inhóspita. Esas cosas pasan. ¿Que hicieron las A-Tipicas para solucionar esto, y que los invitados y los novios se vieran de lo menos afectados?
1.) Para empezar, paraguas. Con una semana antes, ya te puedes hacer una idea más segura del tiempo que va a hacer el día de tu boda. Aunque es posible que tus invitados lleven paraguas, es un detalle muy bonito que regales paraguas tú. Sobre todo, si la boda no es en tu ciudad, y se han tenido que desplazar, para poder acompañarte en ese día tan especial. Además al regalarlo tu, controlas el color y consigues una unidad de imagen.
2.) Pensar en la iluminación. Si tu boda, es una boda de día, donde antes no te hubieses planteado encender velas en la comida, en caso de lluvia, si es un buen momento. Las velas le dan calidez al ambiente, dándole el punto romántico a un día oscuro. En cuanto a la iluminación general del evento, en estas ocasiones hay que poner especial atención y reforzarla. La luz, hace que todo se vea de una forma u otra, es por eso, que en los días de lluvia necesitamos que esté más calida de lo normal.
3.) Los espacios son claves a la hora de organizar un evento. Normalmente, la gente divide los diferentes momentos del día, en lugares distintos, cocktail, comida/cena y baile. En el caso de la lluvia, los exteriores dejan de ser una opción y tenemos que hacer lo máximo posible con el espacio que tenemos. El espacio de la discoteca, se convertirá también en el del aperitivo, creando dos ambientes en una misma sala. Una sencilla forma de hacer esto, es cambiando el color de los manteles del cocktail y la discoteca. También, se puede jugar una vez más con la iluminación. Con el aperitivo, incrementano la luminosidad de la sala y por la noche, oscureciendo el espacio lo maximo posible. En la boda de este sabado, lo que se hizo, fué tapar muchas de las ventanas con tela negra, para darle una sensación más de noche y discoteca.
En el caso que sea el día de la boda y llueva, no hay mucho que hacer más que intentar cambiar la ubicación de los eventos que iban a ser fuera, en la medida de lo posible. Contra el tiempo no podemos luchar y tus invitados te van a comprender.
